I have made my career out of helping my clients move better and feel great. I can’t wait to share with you what I have learned in my years of experience.
Utilising my qualifications in sport and exercise science, for the first 5 years of my career in fitness I focused predominantly on movement, I teach Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as Barre and other group fitness. However I always felt there was something missing. In recent years I have shifted focus to different manual therapies including Myofascial Release and Assisted Stretch Therapy with the aim of learning how to [P]rehab the body. The intention of this short course is to equip you with quick and easy to follow advice for how to include a few minutes of [P]rehab into your day.
